Funds deposited in your trust account are recorded with a Post Funds transaction. Funds drawn are recorded with a Draw Funds transaction.

Rentables defaults to the owner as the payee for Rent, but the check is payable to the property manager. How do we record this in Rentables?
Think of the Payee for a charge as the beneficiary of the charge. For rent, the owner is beneficiary, not the property manager.
