Rentables use in-app messaging as our primary support tool. Simply click the chat bubble in the lower right hand corner and ask your question. You can even paste screenshots or upload files. It's simple and free.

What about phone support?
Sometimes it's easier to talk. We do offer premium phone support for things you feel warrant a phone call. The cost is $50 per hour and billed in 15 minutes increments. You can request a call using the in-app messenger. If we request the call then there is no cost.

What about email support?
Email support is free; however, we are able to respond quicker when you use the in-app messenger. If for some reason you can only use email, you can send support request to support@rentables.com.
