Rentables does not distinguish between properties, units, doors, or horse stalls for that matter. To us they are all just rentables. Throughout the system they are all simply referred to a property.

But what about apartment buildings? Rentables allows Property Groups. All the units in an apartment building can be added to the same property group. Property Groups have many of the attributes you would expect: rolled up accounting, group level expenses, and group level reporting.
